As an Aftercare Roofer, you represent our client after the completion of our projects. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining sustainable relationships with our clients.

With your keen eye for detail and knowledge of EPDM roofing systems, you ensure that our aftercare service is second to none.

Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections following the completion of installation work. Identify and rectify any minor defects or finishing touches. Communicate with customers about the work carried out and answer their queries. Provide maintenance advice for roofs to ensure longevity. Report the condition of the roofs and any follow-up actions to the service department. Work with EPDM and other roofing materials in accordance with safety regulations.

Job Requirements
Who are we looking for ? You have experience as a roofer, preferably with EPDM roofing systems. You have a driver's license (category B) and own transportation to travel to various locations. You are detail-oriented and can work independently. Customer service and a professional demeanor are core values for you. You can quickly identify problems and provide solutions. You are not afraid of heights and are physically able to access roof terraces and flat roofs. You are communicatively skilled in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
