DHL Supply Chain's global Center of Excellence Intelligent Process Automation (CoE IPA) mission is to partner with our business and functions to deliver scalable and sustainable intelligent process automation projects that create value.


To achieve this, the CoE IPA focuses on intelligent process automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Original Character Recognition, Natural Language Processing, Chatbots and Low Code Platforms.


As of March 2023, the CoE IPA's team of 20+ permanent and temporary associates, has delivered 260+ Intelligent Process Automation projects within DHL Supply.


The CoE IPA is part of DHL Supply Chain's Accelerated Digitalization team and a key driver to accelerate our transition to the digital supply chain.

As the Global Process Analysis & Customer Success Lead you will report directly into the Global Head of Accelerated Digitalization and Automation where your key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Assess process automation opportunity, select most suitable intelligent automation technology and manage customer interactions end-to-end: Process Analysis and Customer Success
  • Engage and manage customer relationships, understanding the needs of the customer, providing effective solutions, ensuring successful delivery of projects, programs.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to develop detailed business requirements
  • Develop roadmaps and prioritize new functionality aligned to customer outcomes and corporate growth objectives
  • Provide strategic advice on using right approach or identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommends new approaches for business automation projects
  • Work with Business Units to perform value analysis (ROI) for the processes
  • Prioritizing process pipeline to deliver automation in a costeffective manner and against business requirements
  • Maintain effective relationship with business teams and understand their priorities and new requirements for existing business automations
  • Work closely with other CoE IPA teams to deliver excellence for our customers and continuously improve our ways of working

Now here is what we need from you:

  • Extensive years of transforming business processes and creating operational efficiency using process automation technologies on large scale complex digital transformation programs
  • Strong experience as a Team Lead/Manager
  • Experience working with IPA tools such as Power Platform, UiPath, ABBYY OCR and Bizagi
  • Technology expertise in Digitalization, Innovation, IT program/ project mgmt.
  • Organizational and stakeholder mgmt. expertise in consulting roles, project, and program management
  • Logistics and backoffice process expertise
