• Relationship Management
• Represent the Kroll Issuer Services brand
• Build and secure relationships with liability management desks of investment banks and law firms
• Receive and respond to requests for fee quotes from advisors
• Manage the process from planning to execution
• Report to management
• Manage corporate actions as an issuer agent, including but not exclusively:
• Review of legal documents and interaction with advisors (no legal qualification required)
• Establish corporate actions processes within or outside clearing systems
• Detailed financial modelling
• Interaction with custodian banks and investment funds
• Attend noteholder meetings
• Liaise with and report to issuers and investment banks
• Settlement coordination and supervision
• Close working liaison with other KIS offices

• Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, prioritise and work under pressure
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of fixed income corporate actions
• At least 5 years' experience from an asset manager, custodian, fixed income desk or a clearing system
• Proficient in Office suite, particularly Excel
• Good understanding of SWIFT
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Fluent English and French
