First point of contact for clients, visitors & employees
Manage office supplies & order furniture
Creation of accesses
Coordinate meeting rooms
Handle mail in/out, calls and the general mailbox
You are fluent in French and Dutch & you have a knowledge of English
You have a first experience as corporate receptionist or in the hospitality sector (hotels...) or as administrative assistant
You feel at ease with reception & administrative tasks
You have a great sense of service and you are client oriented
You are autonomous and proactive
