- Manage office supplies & order furniture
- Creation of accesses
- Coordinate meeting rooms
- Handle mail in/out, calls and the general mailbox
- You are fluent in French and Dutch & you have a knowledge of English
- You have a first experience as corporate receptionist or in the hospitality sector (hotels...) or as administrative assistant
- You feel at ease with reception & administrative tasks
- You have a great sense of service and you are client oriented
- You are autonomous and proactive
