Key Account Manager
Foodpairing is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our Solution Delivery team.

This role is a challenging mix of project management, key account management, and people management for someone who possesses a technical background.

As a Solution Delivery Manager, you will have the following responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

Client communication & Project delivery Handling the overall client project communication and having regular projects meetings with clients Responsible for the delivery of projects from a to z (product development on core optimisation and new line extensions) Project Management Ensuring that projects are delivered ontime and with a high quality Delegating tasks to your team and helping them with working on new food concepts for our client using our different CFI (Consumer Flavor Intelligence) Solutions People Management Managing a Solution Delivery Engineer who supports with the execution of client projects Commercial responsibilities Responsible for Key Account Management of one of Foodpairing's largest clients Developing a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of this key client and propose solutions Making sure our client is satisfied with the services provided Growing the company's revenue by identifying new business opportunities and strategically upselling our products and services Frequently giving presentations to introduce Foodpairing to other stakeholders at the client and to explain our methodology Negotiating contracts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of the client's longterm goals.

Who are you? You have a Master's Degree in a technical field You have minimum 5 years of relevant concepttolaunch experience in a corporate environment You have advanced project management skills You have an excellent level of verbal and written communication skills in English You are a strong people manager with a motivational leadership style You can tell a story vividly and you can translate data into insightful presentations You can work at least 23 days per week at our office in Ghent You are able to work in a fastpaced and rapidly changing environment
