Front Office Manager
A Front Office Manager supervises the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.

What will I be doing?
As Front Office Manager, you will oversee the Front Office Team which is the main connection between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments.
- You are the point of contact within the hotel. You know your way around like no one else.
- You make sure every guest has an extraordinary experience. You listen to their needs, you solve problems and you also ensure a flawless checkin and checkout experience.
- You inspire and motivate the front office team to offer consistent and topnotch service. You manage daily operations and ensure a positive work environment.
- You identify your team members' strengths and encourage their growth through training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills.
- You manage administrative tasks including tracking reservations, preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
- You are proactive in identifying and resolving issues to ensure a flawless guest experience.
- You will be responsible for safety & security in the hotel, think first aid, fire protection, access controls etc.
- You will work in close contact with the Prevention Advisor and the General Manager of the hotel.

What are we looking for?
Front Office Managers serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
- Preferably you have completed an education in hotel management or already have sufficient experience at a hotel reception.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. Any other language that you speak is a plus
- You have a friendly and hospitable attitude with an eye for detail.
- You are an enthusiastic team player with a heart for guest satisfaction and flair for sales.
- You are willing to work alternating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- You have strong administrative skills and are fluent in reservation systems and Microsoft office.
- Familiar with Property Management Systems
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
