INTERNATIONAL SERVICES - We are currently searching for an Enterprise Risk Manager.

Our client has been a preferred partner for European Institutions and International Organizations for three decades, offering a diverse range of services, including ICT support, infrastructure management, operations, development, and running contact centers.

The company is dedicated to delivering excellent service, and its evolving workforce is committed to continuously improving service delivery methods.

Because of exceptional growth rates in the last 2 years (tripled the business) and several acquisitions, they now are looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager.

As Enterprise Risk Manager for Europe, your responsibility lies in ensuring the effective implementation of the company's risk management approach across the European Business Unit and Sectors.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you work closely with sector Managing Directors, Contract Directors, and Risk Champions to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, thus emphasizing a preventive approach to avoid errors.

You will collaborate with the teams on Quality and Safety in the UK and Italy.

Through preventive measures and collaboration with other assurance providers, you contribute to maintaining compliance and ensuring business continuity in line with their standards and strategies.

Profiel:

Diploma from IRM or qualifications such as ISO31000 and ISO22301 are a big plus
Proficiency in understanding commercial contracts and identifying contractual and commercial risks
Strong problemsolving skills
Fluent in English language and German
Several years experience in risk management required
