- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including incident responders, analysts, and SOC and ServiceDesk management, to enhance overall SOC effectiveness.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss ongoing incidents, improvements, and best practices.
- Continuously identify and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements of processes, instructions, and guidelines
- Develop, implement, and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure the SOC meets performance targets
- Mandate according to the business plan, budget, result, annual goals and authorization rules
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a security operations role, with a focus on incident response and coordination.
- Strong understanding of SOC processes, procedures, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Working as a SOC Coordinator
The role of the SOC coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the SOC by managing queues, addressing backlogs, handling internal escalations, and serving as the primary point of contact for appointment assignments. Reporting to the SOC manager and working closely with Global SOC colleagues to ensure the safeguarding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain the highest standards of security change and incident response.
