Drivers Desk Officer:

Move forward as Drivers Desk Officer at DSV in Puurs.

About the role
You are responsible for welcoming and assisting truck drivers (import, export, distribution). You are also responsible for processing transport documents

And you will be:

You assign a loading/unloading dock depending on availability and further efficiency of goods handling;
You check transport documents, data and dimensions;
Signalling errors, ambiguities and deviations;
You process documents and data according to the prescribed procedures;
You distribute documents internally to the right people and departments;
You enter data, classify and archive documents.

Are you the perfect fit?

You have a first experience within road transportation (drivers desk function)
You will be working in different shifts (0715h00 // 1018h00 / 1321h00)
You are communicative and assertive
Good knowledge (oral and written) of Dutch and English, basic knowledge of French

- knowledge of MS Office
