Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager ( permanent position with unlimited duration ) who will join our Transformation team.

His mission will be the management of our strategic company project with focus on responsibility responsibility of the initiation, planning/framing, execution and closing of key transversal and strategic projects.

Key project management responsibilities_ include:
managing the project on a daily basis on behalf of the Project Board within defined constraints of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits

- ensuring the production of the required outputs and the expected benefits can be reached
- working with project team to complete project initiation documentation
- leading a temporary project team/key stakeholders of the company
- detecting and managing opportunities and risks
- highlighting the problematic issues throughout project life and provide advice to deal with these problems
- tracking and reporting on project milestones
- establishing and manage relationships with third parties/vendors
- organizing transition to lifecycle management (running mode)

Leadership ability to get things done by project team members (by giving the big picture and inspiring/motivating/influencing team to achieve the goal)
Team building development of a project environment that facilitate team members working together (by sharing information, involving people, resolving conflicts,...)
Communication open and honest communication within the project team
Out of the box thinking and creativity (challenge project team members, come with innovative ideas or solutions, when possible encourage experimentation such as proof of concept or pilot to learn from success and failure)
Simplification orientation (promoting simplicity over complexity and favouring simple solutions / focusing on what is essential)
Change Management organize and manage the change process (ADKAR)
Result & Customer Orientation focus on the final customer and on expected benefits, search for customer satisfaction and quality in projects implementation
Ability to "connect the dots" within transversal topics in project/program
Project management competencies:_
Planning: identify, plan (who and when) and control all needed activities
Monitoring and controlling: continuous evaluation of project milestones
Risk Management: identifying and managing project risks
Reporting to project team, project board and MT
Leading project team meeting and Steercos
Defining and executing communication plan
Organizing and monitoring UAT/CAT
Issues identification, management and escalation (if needed)
Business expertise: knowledge of products, services, processes and market
Analytical skills build and/or challenge business case / business requirements/...
Certified on project management best practices and standards such as PMP, Agile and Prince2

Education Master Experience 10+ years
