Tasks:

Create and track reservations in detail.
Monitor and supervise the activities of the designated station agent and thirdparty suppliers.
Perform administrative tasks related to cargo operations (flight, trucking, traffic rights, customs, relations with thirdparty suppliers, etc.).
Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure smooth daytoday operations and work in a problemsolving spirit
Organize and monitor crewrelated issues, such as transport, accommodation and catering
In close contact with customers and other Singapore Airlines stations.
Responsible for flight coordination:
Plan and organize the transportation of booked freight.
Maximize use of available cargo space.
Ensure export documentation meets local requirements.
Ensure deadlines are met safely.
Work on internal projects to boost work efficiency.

Profile

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent based on experience in aviation and/or logistics.
You are a team player with an international orientated.
You have a positive and energetic mindset.
You're an artist in getting things done.
You have strong organizational and administrative skills.
Knowledge and training in dangerous goods, customs, IATA CEIV procedures are an added value.
You communicate effectively in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
You have a great sense in IT and advanced in MS Office products.
