About Our Client:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic sales person to join a renowned company in the cosmetics industry courting several luxurious brands.

As a key member of the team, you will play an essential role in the development and growth of our client portfolio.

Client Account Management: you will be acting as the main point of contact for a major account and all its selling points in Belgium, representing all brands of the group.

You develop and maintain strong relationships with the existing clients:

responsible for their inquiries, resolving issues, following day to day sales activities, communicate internal guidelines about actions and promotions for a great on store implementation, new launches and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Internal Collaboration: work closely with internal teams such as marketing and key account management to ensure alignment of business objectives and a seamless customer experience.
Performance Tracking: regularly monitor key performance indicators, preparing sales and activity reports to assess results and identify improvement opportunities.
Administrative follow up.

The Successful Applicant:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
Excellent communication skills in French, English, and Dutch (written and oral)
Ability to work in a team and interact with external and internal contacts
Strong interest in the cosmetics industry and beauty in general
Recent graduate or first professional experience, internship or previous employment.
