    Je functie

    Als Sales Engineer Engineered Plastics houd je je hoofdzakelijk bezig met het vergroten van ons plastics potentieel & aandeel bij (bestaande) klanten. Bij ERIKS hebben we verschilende Business Units, met diverse productgroepen. Een groot deel van onze klanten is niet niet genoeg gekend met onze Plastic oplossingen. Ook is het aan jou om nieuwe business te genereren bij potentiële klanten.

  • Commercieel potentieel: In tandem met je collega's van onder andere internal sales sta je in voor het verder ontwikkelen van ons marktaandeel bij alle (potentiële) ERIKS klanten uit jouw portefeuille
  • Klantrelaties & oplossingsverkoop: ERIKS klanten zien jou als hun contactpersoon die pro-actief klantspecifieke oplossingen brengt om met onze toepassingen hun industriële activiteit naar een hoger niveau te brengen
  • Demonstraties en presentaties: Je geeft productdemonstraties/presentaties aan klanten om hen te helpen de waarde van het product te begrijpen voor de toepassing binnen hun specifieke omgeving
  • Technische ondersteuning: Je werkt actief aan je productkennis en technische deskundigheid met betrekking tot het productgamma en blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe ontwikkelingen en tendensen in jouw domein
  • Offerte & voorstel: Je stelt offertes en voorstellen op die op technisch niveau een oplossing bieden voor de klant
  • Marktonderzoek: Je doet marktonderzoek om trends in de branche te begrijpen en hieruit groeikansen te analyseren
  • Samenwerking: Je communiceert op regelmatige basis met Application Engineers van andere business units over de dingen die leven in het marktsegment waarin je werkzaam bent. Daarnaast sta je regelmatig in contact met zowel R&D, productie en leveranciers

    • Je kennis en vaardigheden

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een commerciële of technische richting
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring in een (technische) commerciële buitendienstfunctie
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel en bouwt, met het oog op lange termijn, een goede relatie uit met je klant
  • Je bent commercieel gericht op het uitbouwen van ons (potentieel) marktaandeel
  • Je bent in staat om technische expertise over te dragen naar de behoeften van de klant en zoekt vanuit een passie voor techniek mee naar innovatieve oplossingen
  • Je bent een relatiebouwer en denkt in oplossingen voor de klant
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, en dit zowel in het Nederlands als Engels. Frans is een absolute plus
