About Our Client:

Our client, a reputed Belgian Financial Service, is currently looking for a Back Office Agent for a temporary mission of 6 months.

As a Back Office Agent, you will have the following responsibilities:

Support investment officers in daily operations
Manage a portion of the investment portfolio focusing on company financial interests
Monitor clients' obligations and financial situation
Handle administrative tasks and document filing for client agreements
Ensure compliance with covenants and financial reporting obligations
Verify invoices, cash inflows, and securities management
Oversee internal process flow and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) clearances
Aid in development reporting, support environmental and social contractual compliance, and engage in adhoc projects

The Successful Applicant:

As a Back Office Agent, you have the following profile:

Bachelor in Economics, Accounting or similar
A first relevant back office experience into a bank or a financial service
Perfect knowledge of French and a good level of English. Dutch is a plus
Excellent analytical and organisational skills
Team player
