If you like making a difference, we are the company for you Arxada is looking for a Technical Field Support Manager to complete the field technical & engineering support activities for existing and new products and processes for the EMEA (exc SA).


Key Responsibilities:

Significant customer site based work to complete technical audits of both process and plant, treatment trials, assist with project installation and commissioning and subsequent report generation working under their own initiative.

Ensure correct use of Arxada products to help maximize sales Confirm treatment quality for warranty schemes and defend the brands in the event of a claim.

60% - Complete field technical & engineering support activities across the EMEA region as required with primary territories of Nordic and Baltic regions.

Through a structured and logical approach that assesses and prioritises the importance of each request. Through close liaison with the Senior Field Technical Manager, Engineering and Technical Services Manager, Business Director and other Senior Management to agree priorities and the most appropriate resource when this is outside his area of control


15% - Undertake technical audits of both treatment process and plant as part of the Treat Right Warranties scheme, Key Account and Total Plant Management programmes.

10% Laboratory Technical Reports (mainly failures and non-routine analysis) issuing to internal and external customers as appropriate to the type of report.

5% Close liaison with the Laboratory Technical Support function to; ensure that laboratory analysis and results are followed up and handled in a commercial manner 5% - Close liaison with Engineering to ensure technical aspects are sufficiently considered within engineering projects and on-going customer support 5% - Delivery of the Part 2 company's Plant Operator Training Schemes to treatment plant operators in the regions.

5% - Perform other duties as assigned.

Experienced / background within Mechanical /Maintenance Engineer Flexible approach to work and keen to learn technical aspect of the job Proven fault finding and problem solving expertise Able to work independently and under tight deadlines Focused on the delivery of exceptional Customer Service & ability to support multiple projects
