Business Analyst service Project
- "Tooling Architecture Enterprise Repository"

  • The mission consists of:
  • Assuring the business analysis activities within the internal business project "Tooling Architecture Enterprise Repository".
The objectives of this project are optimizing the current toolchain by:

  • Replacing the current tooling Mega Hopex

This tool supports currently following main processes:

  • Publication of the Elia business process repository
  • Defining the requirements, architecture and selection for a new Architecture Enterprise Repository solution.
  • Implementing the new Architecture Enterprise Repository solution with optimized processes.

Service description:


The service consists of the following tasks:

  • Within the project "Tooling Architecture Enterprise Repository"
  • Elicit, analyse, communicate & validate business requirements for the new Architecture Enterprise Repository solution
  • Edit specifications and user acceptance criteria for tool selection and procurement process.
  • Control and validate functional design realized by IT partner
  • Requirements testing and preparation of User Acceptance Tests
  • Documentation of Repository Business Processes, Information Concepts, User Manuals and Formations
  • Support in data migration
  • The mission will be guided from the Corporate Business Analyst Team and in collaboration with architects (business/IT), project management and other concerned business analysts

Requirements:


  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture Tools is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as IT business analyst.
  • Languages: English minimum level C1, French, Dutch or German wished
  • Analytical mindset, challenger and team player
  • Good oral and written English communication skills
  • Knowledge of IREB
  • Knowledge of ArchiMate, BPMN and UML
