We are looking for a talented
Service Designer/UX Researcher to join our team and work with our clients on creating exceptional user experiences for their customers.

EOLIS GROUP is a Digital & Marketing In-housing Company that helps its clients to grow their own in-house digital & marketing capabilities whether they need digital, creative, content, marketing or tech skills or strategic thinking around in-housing models, organization, technology, finances, and talent.

What will be your role?

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behavior
Create user personas, user journeys, and service blueprints to inform the design process
Collaborate with designers and developers to design and implement usercentered solutions
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and constraints
Use design thinking and agile methodologies to iterate and improve the design process
Communicate research findings and design solutions to stakeholders and team members

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, humancomputer interaction, psychology, or a related field
Fluent in Dutch or French, and English, both spoken and written is required
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Strong understanding of UX research methods and tools, such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews
Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision
Experience with service design and designing for complex systems is a plus
