    Our mission is to ensure the smooth, efficient and safe flow of people and goods in and out of all types of buildings. To support this mission, we are looking for a Repairs Tendering Specialist. To start will be on interim contract.

    More specifically, you will be responsible for following up on your customer portfolio within your area of expertise. With your knowledge of different parts and processes you will ensure an optimal follow-up of all offers for your region.

    Your responsibilities:

  • If repairs of our products are needed, you gather all information to make a correct offer for our customers so that they are helped in an efficient and qualitative way;
  • You process the periodic reports
  • You ensure a good follow-up of the offer request until the offer is sent to the customer;
  • You answer the customer's questions about the offer and you closely follow up your customer portfolio;
  • You maintain good contact with all customers and relaunch offers at the right time if needed;
  • You are in regular contact with our customers & internal stakeholders

    • Who are you?

  • You have experience in a similar function in a technical environment
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch & French, knowledge of English is a plus
  • You easily find your way in different IT Tools (knowledge of CRM, SAP, are a big plus)
  • You are always looking for opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and enjoy being in contact with customers and colleagues
