At Natra we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.

About the role:


You will be responsible for:

  • You will be the Key Account Manager for distributors and retail customers & distributors in central and eastern Europe.
  • You will work closely with management to develop and implement product solutions and promotions while providing excellent support to your accounts.
  • With attention to the customer, you build strong affinity for their store brand and company through a consistent and responsive customer experience, addressing issues or complaints, proactively addressing needs, and seeking opportunities to develop continued business growth.
  • With an ethical professional style, you have a track record of success built on a foundation of trust and integrity.
  • You will leverage your knowledge and experience in the food industry to expand our opportunities with existing high potential customers.

About you:


  • You have a University or High education degree.
  • You have 10 years of experience in Key Account Management preferably in the CPG Food/beverage industry
  • You are a strong negotiator at management level, able to negotiate international major accounts and are driven and autonomous.
  • You demonstrate good communication and cooperation skills towards colleagues and clients.
  • You have knowledge and experience with the market trends in ever evolving and strong competitive international market.
  • You are able to translate the customers' needs and trends in the food market into opportunities for the clients as well as for Natra.
  • You have a clear resultoriented approach, that allows Natra to cooperate closely with the customers.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge French, Spanish or languages from that region are an asset.
