Our client is looking for a Transactions, Check & Release Clerk who will be responsible for verifying the encoding of vouchers and executing payment instructions.

Description

Verifies that the encoding matches the supporting documents and executes the payment instructions (SWIFT);
Verify, validate and execute payments encoded by the Input unit (by comparing the records in the AS400 system with all supporting documents);
Verify and validate all internal orders (Treasury, Control Unit, Accounting, Securities, etc.) and supporting documents;
Evaluate alerts generated by the AML filter (check data against OFAC and European lists) and validate the first justification given by the Input unit based on criteria predefined by the bank;
Assist the client for any question related to the structure or criteria of the different types of transactions.

Profile

Degree in finance/economics/accounting;
Minimum 2 years in cash management (in the banking sector);
Excellent knowledge of French and intermediate knowledge of English. Italian is an asset;
Autonomy, precision, rigor, maturity;
Effective communication skills;
Ease of learning;
Resistance to stress;
Sociability.
