About our role:

As a Business Partner Digital Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the evolution of the organization from an insurer to a trusted partner, with a strong focus on meeting the needs of customers.

The primary mission is to enable customers to achieve their dreams by providing them with innovative and excellent digital experiences.

What you will be doing:

Define / adapt communication plan towards brokers, customers and internal stakeholders

Supervise IT developments enabling higher awareness and usage of digital services

Setup and monitor customer support processes

Setup and follow efficient monitoring to track the performance of implemented promotion levers

Maintain coordination between the different teams & stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Distribution, UX & UI, Legal, Security and Compliance, Business units, etc.)

What you bring:

Excellent project management and change management skills in order to drive progress

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, allowing you to manage and understand the complexity of a transversal project

Excellent stakeholder management skills to be able to drive efficiency of deliverables, adjust priorities as needed and communicate proactively, clearly, and concisely with people from different backgrounds

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Capacity to manage your scope of action autonomously and take decisions without forgetting the customer experience

Fluent in English and either French or Dutch, with sufficient knowledge of the third language and ideally trilingual

Reporting skills (e.g. Power BI) are a plus
