Description du poste

We are looking for a Store Manager with excellent interpersonal skills and a real commercial flair for our Brussels store.

Working under Retail management and in line with our company's requirements, your main tasks will be as follows:

Your core business:
sales and customer relations

Mastering all sales techniques
Welcoming our customers in a warm and professional atmosphere.
Building customer loyalty through the personalised support you provide.

Your role as a brand ambassador: respecting our visual identity

Be the guarantor of Sœur's image and the brand's commercial policy
Contribute to the development of SOEUR's image by promoting products and complying with current merchandising procedures

Your contribution to the sales activity of the outlet

Leading and managing the sales team: team briefings, ongoing training
Develop sales by achieving monthly targets
Ensuring proper stock management

Profil recherché

With 2 to 5 years' experience as a manager, you are looking for a brand with a strong identity and trendy collections.

You have an excellent presentation and are keen to take on new challenges by building customer loyalty.

You're flexible, dynamic and organised.

Smiling, available and rigorous, you are attentive to your team and customers.

Fluent English or professional level required.

Salary:
€30, €37,000.00 per year
