For our site in Genk, we are looking for a Professional Invoice Implementation.

YOUR CHALLENGES

As Professional Invoice Implementation, you are responsible for invoicing the services delivered by H.Essers to the customer within the predefined timeframe.

You are responsible for the preparation, control and optimisation of the invoicing and pass it on to the customer.

More specifically, what do you do?

Registering and charging rates and additional costs is part of your responsibility.
Adjusting and increasing existing quotations, and you keep the quotation package uptodate.
You play an important role in the implementation of new customers: you draw up procedures, formulate instructions and ensure the creation of customer files. You are also responsible for the transfer to the invoicing team.
Finally, you implement process improvements.
