Due to continuous growth and expansion of our production site in Jumet, we are hiring a
Quality Technician to strengthen the team.

Quality Technicians are involved in the entire course of manufacturing. They may inspect components before assembly, analyze trial products during development, or test finished goods.

During these processes, they record and analyze the results to determine whether the specific products meet all defined requirements and specifications.

Your responsibilities:

Create/update routine analysis and quality inspection plan on Raw material.
Developing and maintaining company inspection reports.
Inspecting goods or products according to quality and safety standards.
Create/update routine analysis and quality inspection plan on final products.
Guarantees finished products meet required specifications prior to releasing shipments.
Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly, reporting quality anomalies to the quality engineer with Perform the quality alert.
Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes, Understands and follows applicable policies and procedures.
Represent the quality department in the production line to ensure compliance with operating procedures and production flow with production planning.

Your background:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proven work experience in a production environment as a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or similar role.
Basic knowledge of ISO9000 concepts and understanding of current quality control techniques and practices
Good level of reading 2D Drawings, Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
Strong customer service orientation and be a proactive change agent with understanding of mathematical concepts.
Experience in drafting reports and collating data with highlevel of visual awareness
Proficiency in MS office and SAP ERP or equivalent
