What will you be doing ?

For our Client (P&G B.I.C.) in Strombeek-Bever, we're looking for a Technical Lab Assistant who will work in a Part Time schedule (24 hours a week; preferably Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).

In this Position, your main Tasks will be to perform predecural work in a lab, (pilot) plant, with consumers, and/or on a computer.

More specifically, this means:

• Support general lab work to develop current and new packs for P&G consumer goods (Laundry, Dish products, Surface care).
• Run independently stability tests in different labs with weekly supervision.
• Organize pack stability testing: Make test sample, control and record inspections of test bottle and record results in database. Summarize learnings and report back to manager.
• Create digital pack specifications in a structured corporate database after extensive training.
• Lead and organize the complex logistic support of material flow / storage / tracking.

Profiel:
What are we looking for?

• You have MAXIMUM a bachelor degree; preferably in Chemistry or Biochemistry. (master degree is too 'high')
• Can organize daily work independently: meeting deadlines and changing priorities.
• Can work in larger team, with different type of colleagues and levels.
• Can work with general MS Office: XL, Powerpoint, Outlook.
• Analytical mind set and eye for detail
• Able to flag unexpected results.
• Participate in meetings to align weekly test program with supervisor.
• Eager to learn: via onlinetrainings or from colleagues.
• Language skills: Fluent in English.
