Introductie:

Our client is currently looking for a Category Buyer.


Organisatie:


  • Leading the preparation and followup of tender for car Leasing contracts (renewal) + possible involvement in other RFPs in the HR area

Functie:


  • Facilitate communication with suppliers to help them the best offers.
  • Evaluation and comparison of received offers.
  • Preparation for contract negotiations.
  • Liaise and share status reports with Car fleet department and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage contracting until signature between the parties and archiving according to procedures.

Functie-eisen:


  • You hold a master's degree and 510 years of working experience.
  • Relevant (min 5 years) experience in indirect Procurement and managing tenders in this area.
  • Excellent knowledge and practice of S2C process.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and presentation skills (efficient usage of MS Office Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Knowledge of a procurement system, preferably Ivalua.
  • Effective communication skills in English, knowledge of Dutch & other languages is an asset.
  • Non-Technical skills: entrepreneurial spirit, team builder, team player,positive attitude,handson mentality,accuracy,drive for ownership and results and high level of integrity.
  • Motivation to achieve the closure of the tender according to the scheduled timeframe.
