Verhaert On-site Consulting is a Belgian consulting firm founded in 2006 and specializes in innovation and product development. The organization provides solutions for companies and organizations in various sectors, including aerospace, medical devices, automotive and consumer electronics.


Together we work on challenging projects for leading clients and offer expertise in concept development, engineering, prototyping, testing and project management.

The company has more than 150 employees.

Verhaert On-site Consulting is part of the Verhaert Group Masters in Innovation.


Your Role:


Your main responsibility will start with analyzing and summarizing technical challenges and opportunities in order to define project scope, timing and budget.

Followed by actual project execution where the tasks consist of:


  • Chair project meetings
  • Lead unit conceptualization, design activities, qualification plan
  • Execute and check component specification and selection
  • Coordinate lab and field activities
  • Close followup with all involved departments: production, marketing, purchasing, service, etc.
  • Reporting status to management through reports and presentations
  • Support other product companies with localization of designs.
  • Share your knowledge

Your strenghts:


  • A master in Engineering with solid technical background
  • Analytical mindset and aiming for perfection
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to different tiers in the organisation including management reporting.
  • Knowledge of English is mandatory, Dutch is preferred.
  • Selfdriven and able to motivate and inspire a team
  • Up to date with latest technological and market evolutions
