In order to support Dott's growth and our employees across Europe, we are looking for an intern to work with our international People team on HR matters for several different markets, with a focus on Belgium.

You will be involved in daily business as well as bigger projects across the entire employee lifecycle


What you'll do:

• Together with the local HR Advisor, you will support our local Operations team from HR side, e.g. in recruitment, onboarding, new processes, employee communication
• Support in daytoday HR administrative matters
• Contribute to market specific HR projects
• Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HRrelated matters

What you'll need:

• You are currently studying or have recently graduated in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar
• Ideally full time availability for a minimum of 3 months
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in both in French and English
• Basic knowledge of local labor legislation is a plus, but not a must
• Handson mentality and great problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• You enjoy working with people and contributing to a great work environment
