Brussels for a System Support L2.

- Analysis and evaluation of incidents transmitted by the service desk;
- Resolution of incidents and documentation of the client's system;
- Proactive system maintenance;
- Preparation and configuration of PCs/servers (HW and SW aspects);
- Data protection and transfer (backup, antivirus);
- 5 years experience
- Speaking French/English, dutch is a big plus
- Expert on Windows server
- Active Directory
- VMware
- Knowledge of network technologies (IP, DHCP, DNS, VAN,...)
- Knoweledge about Firewalls
