Currently we are looking for a
Senior Manager/Director in Strategy & ESG to join our team in Belgium.

Key responsibilities

In this role you will work as part of a wider team to support business development efforts, win project work, and advise EY's clients on (ESG) Strategy.

In addition, you will contribute to the development of a team that can provide board level strategic advice and winning large strategy and transformation engagements that leverage the wider competencies of EY as well as raise EY's profile in the market, particularly in relation to ESG and Sustainability.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Minimum 8 years of experience in business/strategy consulting, including 35 years of experience with strategic ESG related topics;
A proven experience in corporate strategy, business planning, market study, business/operating model and Business/digital transformation;
Understanding of sustainability best practices in areas of business model innovation, transformation, digitization and impact measurement, and valuation;
Experience in practice development and management, including staffing, learning, performance management, offering/topic development, etc.;
Strong internal and external business development/commercial acumen track record in business development and sales of consulting services;
Ability to further develop ESG strategy and value creation offering
Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent networker ability to connect with the EY Global network
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch/French and English
A Master's degree in civil/business engineering or economics. An MBA and/or a complementary degree or certificate in environmental sciences will be considered a strong asset.
