We are looking for a

We are looking for a temporary Facility Coordinator for our client American Express at Brussels, this for a period of 3months to start.-Responsibility level:To deliver best practice facilities management & building services which are consistent with client business needs, compliant with local regulatory requirements and in accordance with all corporate policies/procedures


Responsibilities:


  • Assist 'CBRE FM team ' to provide a wide range of activities on site. Act as deputy for client, vendors and CBRE.
  • Support/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities (mainly soft services oriented) when required and report any corrective works arising
  • Request quotations to vendors for the tasks under his/her responsibility
  • Raise purchase requests for goods or services under his/her responsibility as required, in compliance of business controls at all times. Maintain overview of all created PR's
  • Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures.
  • Follow up on vendors for small projects
  • Performs site inspections in Brussels (monthly) and other client locations (2x year)
  • Report all QHSE hazards and incidents
  • Close cooperation with CBRE team on site
  • Consolidation of regional data and preparation of powerpoint presentations for senior management
  • In addition to the abovementioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined
Profile

  • Ideally 2 year of experience in Facility Management
  • You have a passion or interest for facility management.
  • A dynamic and positive attitude is essential for this job.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and time constraints.
  • You will have the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team and as an individual
  • Key focus for this role is to ensure that all FM services are delivered in a confident and efficient manner.
  • Excellent know how of PC skills and Microsoft Office (in depth knowledge of powerpoint and excel)
  • Good presentation and analytical skills
  • Good verbal/written communication skills in Dutch, English and French
  • Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management environment is desirable
  • Full handson experience in this role is desirable. Being eager to learn is a plus if you want to become a Facility Coordinator.
