Job description :

Personal Assistant to two Members of the Executive Committee**
ROLE:The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Executive Committee (EC) Member/s works very closely with the executives to manage his/her entire business agenda and coordinate internal and external meetings/calls, travels including expense reporting, any other business bookings, and - on an exceptional basis - private bookings (for example related to relocation).

He/she acts as the main liaison between the department team members to coordinate corporate meetings/calls. Depending on the (travel) agenda, the job might require outside office hours presence.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Agenda management for EC members complex calendar management (fast moving, fast changing agenda requires permanent standby/attention). Includes meetings/call organization, travel organization, expense reporting, filing.
  • Selected support to department team consolidation of contents, focus lists, vacation/expense requests, online/offline/name change letters.
  • Organization of team meetings.
  • Adhoc support for team initiatives and projects.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experienced in PA or administrative role.
  • Hotel School or Administrative Education ideally within Travel & Tourism industry
  • English (fluent spoken & written)
  • Very good knowledge of classic office equipment and tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
