OCA is a young, dynamic business active in the Co-living sector in Brussels.
In cities where demographic pressure is ever-increasing, but where paradoxically more and more people are feeling lonely, Co-living is the ideal answer.
Co-living the OCA way isn't just a room, it's an entire lifestyle. OCA is community living, flexibility, privacy, in a pleasant neighborhood close to transport and amenities. Our aim is to offer a place for sharing and conviviality.Job description:
Managing the properties of OCA and attending to details of interventions
Managing the community through the ambassadors of the houses
Publish ads on different platforms according to a strategy.
Commercialize the rooms by making contact with future co-liver tenants (FR/ENG)
Welcome new tenants into homes and practice hospitality
Manage Arrivals/Departures with scheduling and procedures (planning inventory of fixtures, etc.)
Act as interface between tenants and Team OCA
Organize events, find ideas for activities (workshops, indoor/outdoor, etc.)
Listen to our tenants and responding to queries in a timely manner
Manage social media (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Stories)
Develop partnerships with businesses near the homes.
Administration for OCA

Profile sought:
Having handyman skills is a great benefit, and a problem solving mindset is very practical for the position.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Relationship building with the Co-living community.
You should be able to act at the face and voice of our company and manage all community communications.
