Domain Architect
As a

Domain Architect within our Agile organization, you belong to the Governance & Solutions Architecture chapter and will work for multiple squads together with the Centre of Expertise Enterprise Architecture. You enable the business transformation by evaluating and defining the required evolutions of the Enterprise Architecture and by assessing innovative technologies in line with the business strategy.

Your mission- you translate customer needs to business objectives with Squads, CoE EA and stakeholders you guide squads/projects in the implementation of the defined EA Architecture- you keep the Enterprise Architecture repository up-to-date- you plan the Application Landscape Evolutions (< 1 year) with the relevant stakeholders- you perform Market and Technology Watch on the domain with a specific focus on the utility sector- you are up to par with upcoming evolutions on relevant technologies and functionalities- you define the required guardrails (Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines) and ensure the governance is applied through the whole agile organization- you work closely with business counterparts and analysts and challenge the requirements, analyze the impact and de-risk the implementation via iterative approach, ensuring rapid time to market and immediate value-creation you ensure a smooth collaboration/communication and alignment between and with all counterparts- you work continuously together with the Architect Community (CoE EA, Domain Architects as well as Software Architects from another chapters)- you are responsible for cyber-security and GDPR-compliance assessment and action plan drafting upon new components in the Application Landscape- you work in an agile mode and always consider an iterative (focus on rapid value-creation and efficiency) and component-based approach- you actively exchange knowledge and advocate re-use of similar components between Squads, Chapters and CoEs- you actively participate in the Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retrospective- you continuously develop by learning new skills and competencies to increase your autonomy

Your profile- you have at least a university degree or equivalent experience, in business administration or commercial/industrial engineer or information technologies having a hands-on experience with the Energy Data Management (EDM), both from a functional point of view and technical (cloud, security ) is considered an advantage having experience in the latest concepts, trends and future evolutions related to the EDM is considered an advantage you are able to quickly understand the business requirements and to work in an agile and co-design mode with all stakeholders you are familiar with the enterprise architecture discipline and have experience with modelling AS-IS and TO-BE enterprise architectures and with defining a roadmap you have an analytical mind, able to conceptualize solutions you are strong in facilitating and negotiating with excellent written and verbal communication skills you have a growth mindset, ready/able to rapidly accept changes you are assertive and able to work autonomously you collaborate easily with the other architects and within the overall organization you are fluent in English, Dutch and French
