At Uni Systems, we are striving to bring digital ideas to life. Join our UniQue team as a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements for transformation projects, focusing on implementing Service Now modules like SPM, APM, CSM.
Document business requirements, conduct business process analysis, model business processes, create use cases and test scenarios.
Assist in developing Policy and Vision documents, Project Initiation Requests, Business cases, Project Charters, and Security Plans.
Drive collaboration and engage stakeholders effectively.
Research ways to enhance service management and offerings.
Evaluate new IT initiatives for alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor the current IT portfolio and provide reports.
Assess existing IT portfolio processes and tools, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field and a minimum of 11 years of IT experience.
Strong understanding of administrative processes in large organizations.
Familiarity with analysis and modeling tools and techniques.
Project and Portfolio Management certification (e.g., PM2/PRINCE2/PMP).
Service Management certification (e.g., ITIL).
Proficiency in implementing Service Now modules (SPM, CSM, APM, etc).
Knowledge of project and portfolio management standards and methodologies.
Experience with Agile methodology, Scrum Management, and Lean agile practices.
Ability in Meeting Facilitation.
Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
