To strengthen our
Talent team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of
:Talent Data & Insight Specialist,
based in Brussels, Belgium**.

What you'll do

Reports & dashboards development projects and governance:

  • Gathers business needs and requirements to develop new self-service tools and reports/dashboards portfolio
  • Acts as a champion on a set of recently launched Talent dashboards taking care of its performance and continuous improvement as part of the governance process
  • Documents requirements and delivers them to the IT team
  • Works closely with the IT Team to understand opportunities and limitations
  • Organizes and completes user acceptance testing
  • Facilitates new dashboards deployment across endusers

Reporting & analytics service delivery:

  • Provides Talent reporting and analytics service by gathering stakeholders' requirements and delivering requested products within agreed timeline
  • Conducts insightful and actionable analysis and interpretation of data to address different Talent related business questions/KPIs and drive decisionmaking.
  • Prepares data analysis materials to answer relevant business questions and communicate data in a concise and easy to understand format.
  • Operates in the global HR case management system to process requests and respond on completion with respect to SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and appropriately escalates reporting and data quality issues

Data literacy experience improvement:

  • Supports training & development program aimed to improve data literacy skills in the Talent organization
  • Enables new reporting & analytics products related training materials, delivers training to the endusers
  • Monitors reporting tools adoption and user experience, initiates and implements initiatives to improve where it's possible and meaningful.
  • Defines and implements initiatives aimed to improve reporting and data analytics experience on Talent data

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR or related topics
  • 23 years of experience in operational HR roles or experience in roles requiring data management and analysis, including data mining, reporting, highvolume data processing
  • Experience with HRIS software (ideally SuccessFactors, SAP), HR Case management software (like Neocase)
  • Able to synthesize data and create summary materials (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to be shared with business stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of HR Operational processes, practices and standards
  • Highly motivated to interface with internal business stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English
