    • As a Support Engineer you will be leading Level 2 ticket follow-up, showcasing prowess in hardware checks, repairs, and replacements for laptops and personal printers.
    • Execute advanced software troubleshooting covering O365, Windows, Mobile Intune, VPN issues, in-house applications, VM's, and more.
    • Function as the Backup Support Engineer for VIP Support, ensuring seamless assistance at all times.
    Profiles
    • Over 4 years as a Support Engineer, displaying a proven track record.
    • Possess a solid understanding of computer management, Office 365, networking, and Active Directory. Proficient in service desk/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
    • Fluent in Dutch, English, and French, demonstrating multilingual proficiency.
