    Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van voorspellende modellen, algoritmes en visualisaties. Door jouw bijdrage ondersteun je verschillende departementen binnen Belfius en help je om onze data-strategie te realiseren.

    De job in een notendop

    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van voorspellende modellen en algoritmes, en het bouwen of verbeteren van bijbehorende dashboards en visualisaties.

    Je belangrijkste taak is om oplossingen aan te leveren op basis van diverse soorten data: interne en externe, gestructureerde en ongestructureerde.

    Je team bestaat uit Data Scientists.

    Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit: verzamelen en analyseren van data, ontwikkelen van voorspellende modellen met behulp van Machine Learning en visualisaties van data en modellen.

    Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

    Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

    Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent:

  • die binnenkort een masterdiploma in een richting met focus op data zal behalen (handelsingenieur, artificiële intelligentie, computerwetenschappen,
  • met deskundigheid op het vlak van Machine Learning technieken
  • met sterke programmeervaardigheden in Python en SQL
  • met een uitgebreide kennis van Nederlands of Frans, met passieve kennis van de andere taal, en Engels
  • met een honger naar kennis, niet alleen om nieuwe algoritmes en technologieën te beheersen, maar ook op interpersoonlijk vlak

    • Je scoort extra met:

  • kennis van Spark en libraries/tools voor visualisatie (zoals Plotly/Dash)
  • ervaring in het verklaren van complexe analyses aan een niet-technisch publiek en/of ervaring met data visualisatie
