What is an HR Project Consultant? You are deployed with our clients (start-ups, SMEs, corporates, etc.) for various HR projects at operational level.

Such a project lasts at least 3 months and can be extended up to a maximum of 2 years. You will be working in a payroll department as HR administrator, payroll officer, payroll specialist, etc. Throughout the various projects, you build on your HR expertise and build a strong professional. The ideal project consultant sets great store by flexibility. Depending on the project you end up in, you will take care of the

  • Payroll from A to Z for whitecollar or bluecollar workers
  • HR administration from A to Z
  • Provide advice on sociolegal topics to different stakeholders

Profile:


  • You have mínimal a Bachelor's degree
  • You can look back on a first working experience within HR (hard HR)
  • You are flexible and are able to find solutions easily in stress situations
  • You can quickly deal with new payroll tools
  • Working with figures and administrative tasks does not scare you off
  • You highly value team spirit, discretion and demonstrates a serviceminded approach
  • You are bilingual (NL-FR). Business English use is nice to have
