Responsibilities:

As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our Global Integration Program

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating closely with senior project managers to enhance the quality of customer master data in SAP and related systems.
Daily involvement in cleaning, completing, and enriching records for our diverse customer base spanning over 100 countries.
Taking charge of customer master data creation, correction, completion, and maintenance.
Analysing operational master data status and proactively communicating with stakeholders.
Preparing and delivering deficiency and status reports related to master data.
Assisting the Project Manager team in devising and implementing strategies to improve master data quality.
Contributing to project evaluation and refining the customer master data processes.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree or be currently pursuing one.
A meticulous approach with an unwavering commitment to delivering highquality results.
Experience with SAP and Excel, which will be considered advantageous.
Strong problemsolving skills, allowing you to analyse and interpret data effectively.
Exceptional communication skills for seamless interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
A fast learner who is eager to comprehend complex processes.
Enthusiastic and driven, with a track record of achieving results.
Outstanding organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
A customercentric mindset that aligns with our values.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and potentially other languages.
