Challenges we trust you with

Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing operational direction and ensuring project needs are met:

Oversee budgeting and planning exercises in coordination with the R&V team lead and program and project management.

Organize and prioritize team workload, monitoring project progress and adapting to changes to maintain quality and timelines.

Manage HR matters for the team, including recruitment, career management, feedback, and evaluation.

Provide frame, guidance and expertise to team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality work and
Drive continuous improvement in system engineering methods and tools, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Here's what we're looking for:

A degree in Science or Engineering, with a multidisciplinary background spanning SW engineering, electrical engineering, control systems, physics, and robotics.
Previous experience as a team manager / team leader is a strong plus.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in systems engineering disciplines, preferably with complex, largescale, critical systems.
Experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and regulatory authorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
