Our client, a bank, is looking for a
Scrum master to focus on business part (Invest/R&C).

Your Mission:

Be an authority in your area of specialization
Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement
Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/services to be developed
Analyze and decompose complex requirements
Operate within the client Agile Way of Working
Validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications
Prepare user manuals and occasionally organize workshop or training sessions.

Your knowledge/experience:

Mandatory prior experience of a minimum 35 years in the scrum master/agile coach role in agile/SAFe and/or hybrid environments.
Helps the teams embrace Agile Values, help remove impediments and foster an environment for highperforming team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, conflict management, leadership.
Expert level of experience of using and configuring Jira, especially Kanban boards and reports.
Experience managing projects deliveries reporting.
Affinity with engineering of IT solutions at all levels and a good general understanding of business contexts and complex IT architectures including different technologies and systems.
Experience of managing thirdparty resources/teams.
Fluent in English and French
Nice to have: knowledge of UML & BPMN
