We want to strengthen our team of Portfolio Managers for our partner based in Brussels.

As a Portfolio Manager, your main tasks will be:

You will identify and map the innovation activities across the group
You will maintain a comprehensive database, present it in a visually attractive way
You will report and draw analytics of the portfolio, monitor the impact
You will prresent contents to main stakeholders, communicate and promote internally and externally
You will support overall internal and external communication of the Innovation team, support in setting up internal events
You will find and match funding needs with existing subsidy calls

Wat zoeken wij?
**- You have Project portfolio management, portfolio visualization experience (Min. 3-4 years)

You have the ability to see the big picture, align innovation activities with the company's strategic goals, and plan effectively for short and longterm objectives
You have datadriven insights and analytics to evaluate and report on the portfolio
You have good communication and presentation: effective internal and external communication. This includes the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
You have skills in managing change, as innovation often involves changing processes, mindsets, and company culture.
You have interpersonal skills and experience in working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders, and building strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, from team members to senior executives
You speak English at a professional level
