About the role

The
Chief of Staff will act as the right-hand person to the CEO, providing strategic insights and facilitating communication across departments.

He/she will assist the Management team in various ways and will contribute to the success and growth of the organization by handling a wide range of responsibilities and tasks.

Main tasks

Supporting the Country Manager in defining strategy and in its tactical and operational followup.
Supporting the Country Manager in terms of reporting.
Facilitating communication and cooperation between operations and support services.
Supporting members of the Management team in defining and prioritizing business strategies based on their goals and priorities.
Identifying and analyzing the business needs and map various related processes, formulating recommendations on how to achieve the desired results.
Managing, coordinating projects and escalating issues so that timely actions can be taken by management.
Monitoring the project's progress and adjust if necessary so that the intended results can be achieved.
Providing regular updates on the project's progress, identifying and anticipating of delaying factors or unforeseen circumstances.
Evaluating the quality of the results achieved, identifying and documenting areas of improvement.
Determining key performance indicators and measuring team performance.

About you

You have a University degree in economics, business administration etc
02 years of experience in a Consultancy role with a focus on operations
Strong numerical, in project management and reporting skills
Excellent communication skills
Problemsolving, decisionmaking skills
Adaptability
Fluency in English French and Dutch, both written and spoken
