This role is unique, this person will be responsible for driving decisions on organization design, operating model, capability building and employee experience globally.


This position requires a deep understanding of our internal people processes/structures and should be comfortable working in a complex matrix structure with multiple stakeholders on Global, Zone, BU and country level.


The right person for this role must understand our Finance Function and be driven to accomplish and meet objectives by thinking creatively about solutions.

The role:

  • The Global People Business Partner, Finance is responsible for translating the Global Functional Strategy into a relevant People Strategy.
  • This position is ultimately responsible for providing strategic HR partnership to the business leaders to enhance the growth and impact of their teams.
  • This position is responsible for partnering with the VPs and directors on executing the annual people cycle processes: TSC, People Package, Engagement, LCM, OPR and Merit.
  • This role is responsible for driving and executing decisions across all aspects of the employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, L&D, Rewards, Mobility, D&I and Engagement.
  • The Global People Business Partner needs to lead and attend key routines with the Finance Leadership Team and their direct reports to share progress on the people priorities: Monthly 121, Bi-Weekly functional meetings, Monthly Town Halls, Annual Strategy Sessions, etc.
  • This position plays an important role in developing and coaching senior leaders to attract, develop and retain the next generation of talents in an inclusive and effective way.
  • Constant awareness of the trends and development in international HR and must have comfort with ambiguity, and be able to make quick, wellinformed, and datadriven decisions.

Who we're looking for:

  • 68 years of solid progressive human resources experience at executive level in an internationally scaling business.
  • Experience in Finance operations and or crossfunctional leadership is a plus. Having successfully coached and led individual contributors and managers is a must for this position.
  • A background as Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and previous experience in Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational development or Employee Experience is a must.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a relevant experience across different aspects of HR:
Center of Excellence (COE) and/or People Base Solutions (PBS).

  • Exposure to People Analytics, Innovation, Transformation and Change Management is desired.
  • Excellent time and project management skills and be able to work on a breath of diverse topics delivering priorities on time, within budget and without business disruption.
  • Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader with a collaborative and influential leadership style, and able to inspire others into action.
