- As
IT Support Officer you will accompany the firm in its development and support your colleagues in their role to provide expertise through our various consulting solutions. You will face daily IT challenges while also working on strategic and continuous improvement projects that will help AION Consulting to pursue its internal growth.
- What will you do
- Offer daily operations and systems support to team members
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components
- Conduct consistent network backup operations
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Restricting access to unauthorized site, downloads and users
- Setting up accounts for staff, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Maintaining records of software licenses
- Be part of the company board, make concrete decisions and be a game changer within AION Consulting.
- What are we looking for ?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronic engineering or similar;
- At least a first experience in a similar role;
Fluent in Dutch or French with a good understanding of the other language, and an
excellent level in English;
- Knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft and Outlook365 tools and solutions;
- Experience with Apple/Mac in an asset;
- Good interpersonal skills, should be able to interact with all staff across all levels;
- Creative, open to new ideas and ability to multitask effectively;
- Resilient in recovering from setbacks and skilled at finding detours around obstacles;
