We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team.

As the Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS system for our clients.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the seamless integration of POS solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

In this role, you will leverage ChurnZero to manage the customer implementation journey while providing a personalized human touch to ensure clients receive a seamless and positive experience.


What you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Journey Management:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements.
  • Use ChurnZero to design and manage customer journeys, ensuring a personalized and positive experience.
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans for POS system, considering client requirements and project scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Underwriting, Billing, and Support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of implementation projects.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.

  • Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure a positive and transparent communication channel.

Technical Expertise:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to address clientspecific configurations and customizations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Training and Documentation:

  • Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of the implemented POS system.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for clients and internal teams.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of POS system implementations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee the functionality and reliability of the implemented solutions.

Project Documentation:

  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and postimplementation reviews.

What you'll be bringing to the team:

  • Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant, preferably in the POS technology industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency in POS systems and related technologies.
  • Problemsolving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver results

  • Self starter that seeks to identify and improve processes
  • Knowledge and experience with Hospitality
