Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the portfolio construction and daytoday management of our range of asset allocation funds which represent 1.2bn EUR;
You keep yourself up to date with financial market developments and formulate views and recommendations to the Investment Committee;
You are on top of investment performance through the use of performance attribution and comparative analysis versus benchmark and peer group;
You are a team player and collaborate with other teams in Asset Management to generate your views (macro economist, ESG analysts, fixed income & equity managers);
You are able to explain and present Nagelmackers' asset allocation strategy in plain language to our sales teams, clients and media;
Prepare and present detailed reports on fund performance and market trends for Clevel.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Master's degree in finance, economics or related field;
5 years' experience in the asset management industry, preferably in fund management or asset allocation;
Preferably CFA certification or willingness to do so;
Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting indepth financial and market analysis;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sales teams;
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively;
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service;
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance practices within the asset management industry;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and market data platforms (e.g. Bloomberg, Factset);
Programming skills are a plus (e.g. Python, R, VBA, Matlab,).
