As indoor _
_Customer Support Technician__, you will be the central point of contact and at the same time Powerdale's technical ambassador for partners and installers.

You will provide advanced technical support and ensure installers perform the correct installation of Powerdale charging equipment thanks to your professional support_

  • You will be part of The Customer Support Team (+/5 people)_
  • You manage all remote audits, installations, repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting and testing of the charging equipment _
  • You diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions_
  • You are aware of new products and features and ensure that technical material (including installation manuals and training documentation) is kept up to date. _
  • You also evaluate whether our installers have the required product knowledge._
  • Your goal is to ensure the availability of charging points and improve user experience and satisfaction._

Tasks and responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users and partners in the operation of their charging infrastructure

Ensure reliable operation of the charging infrastructure, both residential and commercial

Responsible for diagnosing technical issues, analysing the cause of problems, determining and implementing appropriate solutions with the support of the Software & Embedded Development team, if required

Reporting problems to Product Management

Responsible - together with the person in charge of Powerdale Academy
- for training partners and installers to ensure proper installation of Powerdale charging equipment. This training includes installation, commissioning and troubleshooting

Documenting and updating product FAQs and procedures for communication to partners

Working with the technical team and sharing information within the organisation to resolve technical issues

Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations

Build positive relationships with customers


What do we expect from you?:
Proven experience as external electrician or in a similar indoor position (min. 3 years) and want to work in a technical indoor service department

Flexible attitude and able to adapt to changing workloads

IT knowledge:
Microsoft Office, knowledge of JIRA and Odoo is a big plus

Technical degree or certificate in electricity and/or electronics

Required languages:
Dutch, good French (oral and written)
