    As CLBR Consulting, we assist our client in recruiting new employees. Our clients are employers hiring individuals on permanent contracts without an interim period. We conduct an initial interview with you to support our client, and if there's mutual enthusiasm, you'll have an interview directly with the hiring manager.

    In this role, we are working for a growing startup in the export of food products to France and Africa. The company serves as a central point of contact for wholesalers and catering companies, managing their procurement of food products from suppliers, optimizing transportation, and ensuring timely delivery, all with a focus on quality, shelf life, and service.

    Currently, we are seeking a Remote Team Lead Supply Chain Associate to further develop and optimize logistical processes.

    Your daily responsabilities include:

    • Contacting and negotiating with new food suppliers
    • Keeping clients informed about the logistical process
    • Booking and coordinating containers with external partners
    • Managing payments and invoicing from clients
    • Preparing customs documents for transportation
    • Making optimizations to the ERP system in collaboration with an external supplier
    • Maintaining close contact with colleagues to expand the client base and ensure proper handling of orders

    Who are you?

    • You have a passion for logistics and can demonstrate relevant experience
    • You are fluent in Dutch; additionally, proficiency in French or English is an absolute must
    • Knowledge of invoicing processes
    • You are specifically seeking a challenging and varied role in a growing company
    • Remote work is your preference; you have the necessary responsibility to handle it effectively. You can also utilize our office space in Schoten.
    • You are hands-on, proactive, and think strategically about the company's goals
    • You have a commercial mindset and experience in price negotiations
